Terms of Sales

These conditions are intended to define the terms of sale between "the seller" the company L'Atelier Plume SAS and the customer via the site, from the order to the services, including payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the follow-up of this order between the contracting parties.


All orders placed on the website are subject to these general conditions, the acceptance of which constitutes a decisive element without which the seller would not have contracted. Any placing of an order requires and constitutes express and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions, of which the customer has read prior to the order on the website where they can be consulted directly. The seller reserves the right to modify its general conditions at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force on the date of the order or the express acceptance of the order (day and time of Paris - France).
The fact that the seller does not take advantage, at a given time, of any of these stipulations cannot be interpreted as a waiver to take advantage of them later.


Any order assumes the prior registration of the customer on the site, by creating an account containing his personal information. The customer's registration on the site is subject to validation by the seller after checking that the customer has subscribed to the standard form. After validation, the customer receives a registration confirmation email. When creating and updating his account, the customer must answer for the accuracy, completeness and updating of the personal data he provides. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, the seller shall not be held liable for the impossibility of delivering the products and the customer shall in no way be able to request any refund or claim compensation.


The confirmation of order by the customer on the website is worth signature, acceptance of the operations and contract. All the data entered by the customer and the recorded confirmation of his order will constitute proof of the transaction. A summary of the information of the order and these general conditions will be communicated by email to the customer, to the email address of confirmation of his order. The customer is reminded that the seller favors small quantities of stocks in order to guarantee the rarity and exclusivity of the pieces. Thus, the seller undertakes to honor orders received on its website only within the limit of available stocks of products. In the absence of availability of the product, the seller undertakes to inform the user thereof but cannot be held responsible for the cancellation of an order for a product due to its unavailability.
The seller reserves the right not to register a payment, and not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever, and more particularly in the event of a supply problem, or in the event of difficulty concerning the order received.


In accordance with the provisions of articles L.221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of 15 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify reasons or pay penalty. The customer must make a return request within this period by e-mail to the address so that the seller validates this request. Returns are to be made by the customer and at his expense within fourteen days of the communication of his decision to withdraw, in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories). In the event of exercise by the customer of his right of withdrawal, the seller reserves the right to defer reimbursement until recovery of the goods or until the customer has provided proof of the dispatch of the articles, the date retained being that of the first of these events. The seller will make this reimbursement using the same means of payment as that used by the customer for the initial transaction, unless the latter expressly agrees to use another means of payment and insofar as the reimbursement does not cause cost to the customer. The seller is not obliged to reimburse the additional costs if the customer has expressly chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard delivery method offered by the seller. Any damage suffered by the product on this occasion may be such as to defeat the right of withdrawal. The seller reserves the right to accept or refuse the returned item depending on its quality and in this case not to refund it.


Only the products mentioned in the orders confirmed according to article III above fall within the scope of the seller's obligations. The products offered for sale are those described on the site on the day of consultation thereof by the customer, within the limits of available stocks. These indications are updated automatically in real time. However, an error or a delay in the update, whatever the origin, does not engage the responsibility of the seller.

The seller takes the greatest care in the presentation and description of its products to best satisfy the customer's information. However, it is possible that errors may appear on the site, which the customer acknowledges and accepts.
It is also possible that the customer receives following an order a part previously returned by another customer, which he acknowledges and accepts, without being able to question the order in this respect, it being specified that the seller does not accepts that the return of intact products, tried on but not worn and that these conditions are checked before the returned products are returned to stock.


Apart from the legal provisions relating to the right of withdrawal, the seller is under no obligation to accept requests for exchange or reimbursement from the customer. If necessary, any request for exchange or refund must be sent by e-mail to by the customer, who must indicate his name, first name, telephone number, order number and the reason for the return. In the event that the seller accepts the request for exchange or refund, the return postal address will be sent by e-mail to the customer, who must then return each complete item (packaging, accessories), in its original condition. initial and in its original packaging with its return number included in the package giving a certain date to this shipment. No cash on delivery will be accepted for any reason. Return costs are free only for exchanges and only in metropolitan France. They remain the responsibility of the customer in the event of a request for reimbursement and/or outside metropolitan France. In the case of the exchange in France, (and the exchange only), the shipping costs of the second shipment are offered to you, if and only if there has been an error from the seller on the product ordered and/ or its quality. If the return is justified by a customer error on the size on the order or on a bad appreciation of color, texture, cut or more generally of the visual rendering, the seller will not be held responsible and the costs of postage of the second shipment will be the responsibility of the customer.


The seller delivers in France and in most countries. Orders are shipped to the address mentioned on the electronic invoice published upon confirmation of the order and on the basis of the information provided by the customer, within the time indicated on the order validation page. Delivery times, which only begin to run from the day the order is validated and paid for, are communicated for information only, so that their non-compliance cannot give rise to deduction, compensation or damages and can either justify the cancellation of orders in progress. Deliveries are made according to stock availability and supply times and subject to any technical difficulties. The seller can in no way be held responsible for delays in delivery related to our supply from our suppliers, nor be held liable for penalties or damages of any kind whatsoever, due to a delay or non- -delivery due to force majeure or fortuitous event. Are considered as cases of force majeure all circumstances beyond the control of the seller, resulting in a stoppage or a reduction in production, or in delivery by its own suppliers. In the event of force majeure, the seller's obligations are suspended without any particular formality, the latter being released from all liability. As an indication, orders validated before 1:00 p.m. (Paris time) are generally dispatched the same day, or, failing that, the next working day. Any order placed on Friday from 1:00 p.m., on Saturday or Sunday cannot be sent before the following Monday (excluding public holidays). In the event of a longer delay, an e-mail is sent to the customer to inform him of a possible consequence on the delivery time indicated beforehand. The risks of transport are borne by the customer, who must make a reasoned protest to the postal services or to the carrier, within three working days of delivery. Upon receipt of his order, the customer will ensure that the conformity of the products received is checked. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken product, damaged package) must imperatively be notified, on the same day of receipt or at the latest on the first working day following receipt, to customer service, otherwise the seller cannot undertake to reimburse the order. The products delivered comply with the seller's offers, subject to the tolerances allowed by the customs of the profession and manufacturers. The seller only guarantees the products sold under the conditions and limits of the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles L. 217-1 and following of the Consumer Code and the legal guarantee against hidden defects provided for by articles 1641 and following. of the Civil Code.


The prices of our products are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT and other taxes applicable on the day of the order, unless otherwise indicated and excluding shipping costs). All orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros. In the event of an order to a country other than France, the customer becomes the importer of the product(s) concerned without reservation. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties or state taxes may be payable. These rights and sums are not the responsibility of the seller. They will be the responsibility of the customer who makes it his business under his full responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the authorities and competent bodies of the country concerned by the delivery. The seller advises the customer to inquire about these aspects with the local authorities. The customer is informed that in the event that payment is made from a country other than France, his bank may charge him fees. They are not the responsibility of the seller and are the responsibility of the customer. The company L'Atelier Plume SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, so that the product will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of the validation of the order and subject to availability.


The validation of the order, which seals the contract, obliges the customer to pay, prior to their dispatch, the full price of the item(s) ordered with its accessories (VAT, shipping costs, etc.). The payment of purchases is made by means of Stripe, Paypal or Klarna payments. The data relating to the customer's bank card number is encrypted from his computer and is thus transmitted encrypted directly to the banking operator, who decrypts it and manages the direct debit authorizations. The seller reserves the right to refuse any order or any delivery in the event of total or partial non-payment of an order, a refused payment by credit card, prior or current litigation with the customer or for other reasons. that the company L' will reserve the right to explain to its client. The responsibility of the company L'Atelier Plume SAS can then in no case be engaged in this respect.
